The famous OD Cuaco Race Night is fast approaching and once again, thank you to the East family for their generous donation towards this event.
The details for this year as follows::
Saturday July 7th 2018
Start Time 7 for 7.30pm
All proceeds to OD Cuaco CC
All family members welcome!!
What do you need to do:
Admission is just £5 for adults and £3.50 for colts, juniors and students. This will include a cheese board (you may want to eat before had). There will be a small BBQ arranged for the Players that don't have a chance to go home to eat.
How it works:
We’ll be screening eight horse races so there’ll be lots of chances to win cash prizes and cheer on the jockeys. You can place as many bets as you like on each race, at a minimum of £1 per bet. There will also be opportunities to buy horses on the night. The evening will be hosted by a professional host.
As mentioned, prior to the event we will be giving you the chance to sponsor seven of the eight races.
If you, your cricket team or your business would like to raise your profile on the night by sponsoring a race (starting from £20). You can name both the race and the horses in your race.
To allow for the race cards to be printed – sponsor information is needed in advance – so please email your request by July 1st 2018 to:

- Save the date (cancel any previous engagements!)
- Tell us you are coming: Email becshamilton@gmail.com - let us know if you are coming and with how many guests - this will allow us to cater accurately
- If you, your team or business want to buy a race (prices start at £20) and name the horses (optional) - email becshamilton@gmail.com (by July 1st - latest)
- Payment: you can pay any of the OD ladies if you see them at the club (Jane E, Nikki L, Jane B, Becca DV, Jo C or Becs H)- or pay on the night - payment beforehand is ideal.
